Derived from the Arabic word amāna (أمانة), meaning trust, custodianship or moral responsibility, the concept carries a duty to act with honesty, fairness and care when entrusted with something valuable.

Amana Fund Services was founded to address a gap in the Luxembourg market: the need for a senior, independent practitioner who combines the analytical rigour of Big Four audit with the operational fluency of years spent inside fund administration and board oversight.
We work with a select number of clients on governance, compliance and liquidation matters — by design. Our approach prioritises depth over volume, and accountability over delegation.

What I bring to the mandate

Hands-on expertise built across audit, governance and fund operations
Bilel Rezaiki — Founder & CEO Bilel began his career in external audit at EY and Deloitte Luxembourg, developing deep technical expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across a broad range of sectors.
He subsequently joined Intertrust (now CSC) as a senior professional on the fund services side, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in board governance, AIF oversight, SPV management, and investor reporting — particularly across real estate and private equity structures. Drawing on both sides of the table — as auditor and as fund services professional — Bilel founded Amana Fund Services to bring this combined perspective directly to clients who need more than a standard compliance provider.
His work covers independent directorship mandates, AML/KYC compliance, structure set-up, and full liquidation processes for Luxembourg companies and investment structures.
